Shiny Pokemon are a popular way to add some hours to an already long game in Pokemon Let's Go. Each Pokemon has a unique color that can be gotten through some dedicated catching and some special items. There's a couple ways to increase your ability to catch Shiny Pokemon, and these are the Lure and the Catch Combo. While those are very important and should be used, you can also increase your chances even further with the Shiny Charm. How-to Get the Shiny Charm

The first and basically only step is that you'll need to complete your Pokedex. Yes, this is a pretty monumental task and will take a while, but it is worth it if you plan on seriously collecting Shiny Pokemon in Let's Go. So, go ahead and do that and then you can take the next step towards the Shiny Charm.

Fly to Celadon City and go to the left. You'll find a big green building that is the Game Freak Headquarters. Go to the third floor and talk to the man in the blue shirt with the dark gray pants. Talk to him, and he will first reward you with this fancy diploma:

After that, he will give you the Shiny Charm!

Now, let's take a look at how the Shiny Charm helps you. First, you don't have to do anything with it, it's automatically enabled. Second, you'll want to pair it with both Catch Combos and Lures for the max benefit.

Here's a breakout of the stats in each of the scenarios, the numbers represent the Catch Combo rate. You will only receive an increase in appearance up to 31 catch combo, there's NO reason to go any higher than that.
