The Ancient Power Unearthed side quest is starting by speaking to the blacksmith, Kaheva, in the Haven. She is found by entering the golden door. Speaking to her will allow you to use her forge to upgrade your weapons and gear, but also starts the Ancient Power Unearthed side quest, requiring you to retrieve a piece of Raw Ore. How to get the Raw Ore in Prince of Persia The Lost Crown

Head to the location marked on your map by Kaheva to find the ore. You need the Chakram to reach the ore, so ensure you have Menolias' bow before heading that way. I also recommend unlocking the Rush of the Simurgh ability by defeating Jahandar, as this makes it easier. The ore is located in a chest, but opening it triggers a series of traps you must dodge to claim your prize. Here is how to survive the trap room and get the ore in Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown.

• Jump over the spike trap entering from the right.
• Two spike traps come in from both sides of the room, one below and one above. Jump over the lower spike coming from the left.
• Two spike traps enter from the right, lower and top at the same rate. Use the wall to the left to jump over both spikes.
• Three spike traps come from the left, but you can jump over each one with proper timing.
• A rotating spike trap enters from the left. Time its movement and slide underneath it.
•  The final trap has two lower spikes and a single rotating spike trap. Jump the lower spikes, but time it to dodge the rotating one. After reaching the center of the room, the spikes reverse, and you must dodge them again.

After surviving the onslaught of traps, the Raw Ore is yours. Return to Kaheva and give it to her. She will thank and reward you with the Shield of Mithra Amulet. The Shield of Mithra Amulet is extremely powerful thanks to its ability to create a time bubble after parrying. You can use this to land a combo, heal, or run away.
