Psychonauts 2: Where to find Figments

The minds in Psychonauts 2 are strewn with bizarre collectibles and constructs for Raz to hoard. Figments are some of the collectibles Raz will be scavenging for during his mental escapades, but where can the young explorer procure these items?

Raz can find figments of the imagination all over the worlds of Psychonauts 2. Players can recognize them by their two-dimensional, cartoony appearance. We've even included a few examples below:

Collecting 100 of these strange thoughts lets Raz rank up and earn a skill point, so even if collectibles aren’t your aim, it’s key to grab these items whenever possible.

While playing Psychonauts 2, make sure to check how many Figments are in any given level by glancing at the top right portion of the screen after grabbing one or by checking Raz’s collectible progress in his journal.

Each mind has its own set of Figments for Raz to obtain, so make sure to keep searching for them throughout a playthrough. It’s an easy way to increase Intern Rank and make sure Raz has the points for upgrades. You'll have to be the best intern in the Psychonauts to solve some of these cases.
