During my playthrough, I escaped the first nine levels but got stuck trying to figure out how to solve the final one. After multiple tries, I found a Reverse 1999 Escape Master puzzle solution.

How to Complete the Reverse 1999 Escape Master Puzzle

Follow the instructions and images below to solve the Bio of the Great Thief Escape Master puzzle. If you need more help with this game, we also have all Reverse 1999 Fish and Chips answers.

1. Cover the left Search Light by pushing the bottom Box.
2. Push the top Box past the top Guard and place it onto the bottom Pressure Plate.
3. Place the middle Box above the top Guard.
4. Step on the Fan to activate the purple sleeping mist. The next three steps must be executed quickly while the mist is still activated.
5. Push the Box that you left above the top Guard and place it on the top Pressure Plate.
6. Move the final Box towards the right Search Light, then place it on the middle-pressure Plate to open the door.
7. Go to the door to exit the stage. Ensure the purple mist remains active while moving toward the exit since you'll have to cross a Search Light on your way out.

Things to Keep in Mind When Solving the Bio of the Great Thief Escape Master Puzzle

To complete the puzzle successfully, your Alertness score must be below 100. If a Gyou'read spots you, you'll get 10 Alertness. The longer you're on a Guard's light, the more Alertness you'll obtain. If you step on the Search Light, you'll gain 100 Alertness right away and have to restart the level.

Avoiding all these obstacles would be impossible without a Fan. Once you step on it, the tile with the Fan and eight tiles surrounding it will be covered in purple sleeping mist. As long as the mist is activated, you can move through Search Light beams, and the Guards won't spot you on the affected tiles.

What are the Rewards for Completing the Escape Master Puzzle?

Once you solve the Escape Master Puzzle, you will complete the Bio of the Great Thief mode, and you'll obtain the following rewards:

• 10,000 Dust.
• 30 Clear Drop.
• 3 Moments of Dissonance (if you complete the puzzle with Alertness below 40).
• 2 Esoteric Bones (if you complete the puzzle with Alertness below 40).

How to Unlock The Theft of the Rimet Cup Event

To unlock The Theft of the Rimet Cup event and access the Bio of the Great Thief puzzles, you must complete Chapter 1 of the game, 'In Our Time.' Once you clear the first chapter, you can access the event by tapping on the The Theft of the Rimet Cup ticket (on the main menu). You'll see the Bio of the Great Thief activity on the left side of your screen.

What is the Bio of the Great Thief event in Reverse 1999?

Bio of the Great Thief is one of the side events released after the latest Reverse 1999 update and The Theft of the Rimet Cup (a new main story event). This side event is a small puzzle activity containing ten stages. You play as Melania, and your primary task is figuring out how to move around objects to escape while avoiding Guards and Search Lights.
