Can you get off your bike in Riders Republic – Can you walk?

Just gotta make sure that my walking leg things still work...

Riders Republic has various modes of transportation, from snowboards and skis to bikes and snowmobiles. However, sometimes you just still want to use your good old feet that the Lord gave you. So, can you just walk in Riders Republic?

The answer is yes! Thankfully we don't live in the days of the first Skate game anymore, where your feet were essentially glued to the board! To get off of your bike/snowboard etc., simply Press Down On The D-Pad or Q on PC. This will automatically switch you to a walking stance.

If you want to get back on whatever gear you have on, then press the down button again to hop back on.

If you want to switch what board or bike you are on instead, press Up On The D-Pad or 1 on PC to access the sports wheel; you can then choose a new ride!

There has been an improvement in terms of reachability in Riders Republic when compared to the likes of Steep. In Steep, at times, it was tricky to get back up a hill or the mountain without getting off of your gear, but in Riders Republic, even stairs are no match for your Mountain Bike!
