  • 18 items are "normal," with 14 of these same items having a corrupted Void version
  • Void Items - a new variant that corrupts items and changes their effects, typically making them more powerful
  • 4 new Lunar Items
  • 3 new interactables

• New Enemies
  • 9 new monsters
  • 3 new bosses
  • 2 new Elite types

• 5 New Stages
  • The Aphelian Sanctuary
  • Sulfur Pools
  • Siphoned Forest
  • A void stage
  • An endgame stage

• New Game Mode: Simulacrum
  • Simulacrum is a new mode set within the Void that sends an infinite number of difficult waves of monsters against you and your friends. It only ends once all players have been defeated.
