The ability to use Decal ID codes is only available to premium or VIP users in the Strongest Battlegrounds. So, go to the game store section and purchase the VIP pass by paying 299 Robux. This pass not only allows you to customize your cape but also provides the following perks to players.

- Customizable cape
- A special announcement during your arrival
