A Bizarre Run Tier List – Best Stands [D4C]

Apparently, bringing a horse to a supernatural fistfight is a competitive sport now.

Updated on November 8: D4C is now available from Stand Arrows and goes straight into S Tier for PvP. I’ve also moved Tusk Act 1 to A Tier and updated the rankings and evaluations to account for the latest balance changes to Anubis, Spin, Star Platinum, and more.

Looking for the best Stands in A Bizarre Run? Between surviving the race, dealing with other players, and trying to keep your journey from becoming somebody else's highlight reel, there's plenty to worry about already. Picking the right Stand makes that whole process considerably less painful. In this A Bizarre Run Stand Tier List, I'll help you figure out which picks deserve your attention and which ones are going to make you work a little harder for that victory.

A Bizarre Run Stand Tier List

Updated November 8, 2026. D4C is now available from Stand Arrows and goes straight into S Tier for PvP. Star Platinum joins it as my pick for straightforward close-range combat, while Sandman keeps his spot for racing. Tusk moves to A Tier. The Nail Slash buffs are welcome, but a predictable attack pattern still gives opponents room to play around it.

For this tier list, I'm prioritizing overall usefulness during the race, including combat strength, survivability, and how reliably a Stand helps you deal with other players. Damage matters, obviously, but so does actually landing your abilities and getting out of a bad situation before the entire server decides you're today's side quest.

Here's how the tiers work:

  • S Tier includes my top picks for PvP or racing.
  • A Tier covers strong picks with more noticeable tradeoffs in range, timing, or execution.
  • B Tier is for situational picks with a narrower role.

Best Stands in A Bizarre Run Explained

A Bizarre Run Stand Tier List
Stand Evaluation
D4C in A Bizarre Run
S TIER D4C

Uses clones, a counter, and Dimension Warp to control fights.

  • Dimension Warp has hyperarmor, and Flag Slam ragdolls for a full second or 1.5 seconds when enhanced. Those two moves alone give D4C plenty to work with in PvP.
  • Warp chaining is gone and a missed ultimate only gives back half your Awakening bar. Save the ult for a clear opening.
Star Platinum in A Bizarre Run
S TIER Star Platinum

Pressures opponents up close with barrages and straightforward combos.

  • Star Platinum still earns S Tier on damage and combos you can learn quickly. It’s my pick if you want a strong close-range Stand without spending all afternoon in the lobby practicing.
  • Both barrages build less Awakening, and you slow down during the startup voice line. Give yourself room before you pop it.
Sandman in A Bizarre Run
S TIER Sandman

Sprints on foot and automatically slides down hills.

  • Sandman stays in S Tier for racing. He can outrun mounts, and it now takes two hits to stop his sprint, putting him on the same footing as riders when someone tries to slow him down.
  • His speed is most valuable when you keep moving. Take the downhill slide and let the other racers argue about who started the fight.
Tusk Act 1 in A Bizarre Run
A TIER Tusk Act 1

Deals heavy damage at range and can hit ragdolled enemies with Nail Slash.

  • Nail Slash reaches farther now, hits ragdolled opponents, and knocks them back. That makes it a better follow-up when you’ve already put someone on the ground.
  • The damage is still there, but a predictable approach makes Tusk easier to play around. I’d keep it in A Tier and vary when you go for the follow-up.
Anubis in A Bizarre Run
A TIER Anubis

Uses fast sword combos, a counter, and Afterimage to pressure opponents.

  • Anubis is still one of my first recommendations for new players. The combos are easy to pick up, and Low Slash now hits for 6 instead of 4 and sends the target straight back without ragdolling them.
  • The counter window is down to 0.6 seconds and locks you in place. Afterimage can also be blocked from any direction and takes 20 seconds to come back, so pick your opening before you commit.
Oyecomova in A Bizarre Run
A TIER Oyecomova

Uses Boku no Rhythm wo Kiitekure for contact explosions. Water Pour is now a hold input.

  • Oyecomova’s ability damage and combo potential make him one of the better offensive picks in A Tier. If you enjoy stringing abilities together, there’s plenty here to work with.
  • Water Pour is now a hold input, so give yourself a moment to relearn that part of the kit if you’ve been tapping it out of habit.
Steel Balls Spin in A Bizarre Run
A TIER Steel Balls (Spin)

Gyro’s technique uses Steel Ball throws to set up combos.

  • Spin still hits hard, but Double Throw gives you one second of stun now. You have half as long to get your follow-up in, so be ready when the throw connects.
  • Awakening now deals 25 damage, can’t trigger on ragdolled targets, and refunds only half the bar on a miss. There’s still a strong PvP kit here, but the shorter openings and lower payoff keep it in A Tier.
In A Silent Way in A Bizarre Run
A TIER In A Silent Way

Manipulates sound and gives it physical form.

  • In A Silent Way stays in A Tier as the sound-based alternative to the usual barrage and sword kits.
  • For a straightforward damage pick, I’d start with Tusk at range or Star Platinum up close. Pick In A Silent Way if you want to build your game plan around its sound abilities.
The Sun in A Bizarre Run
B TIER The Sun

Applies burn from range while its user hides in a box.

  • Burn and range give The Sun a job to do, but taking a hit now cancels its moves. A player who can reach you has a much easier time shutting you down.
  • Give yourself room before you start casting. If the fight has already closed in around you, The Sun is a tough sell.
Coco Jumbo in A Bizarre Run
B TIER Coco Jumbo

Uses Mr. President to create a room that opponents can enter with the key.

  • Mr. President has some support value if you need somewhere to hide, but the room now spawns a key while you’re inside. Other players can use it to follow you in.
  • Horses are disabled inside, which makes the room a situational pit stop. I’d take Sandman or one of the stronger combat picks for most runs.

Rankings weigh combat strength and race utility. Sandman and Steel Balls (Spin) are included alongside Stands.

How to Choose the Best Stand in A Bizarre Run

When you're choosing a Stand in A Bizarre Run, think about what your current options actually help you accomplish. The game's Stand Arrow system presents three randomly offered Stands, so knowing how to compare the choices in front of you is useful even when your favorite doesn't appear.

My advice is to consider three things:

  • Can you use its abilities consistently? A powerful move doesn't offer much value if you struggle to land it.
  • Does it suit your approach? Aggressive players and players focused on surviving the race won't necessarily want the same tools.
  • What happens when something goes wrong? Consider how your choice helps when an opponent gets close, a fight turns against you, or you need to disengage.

Use the rankings to narrow down your choices, then spend some time learning the Stand you pick. Understanding its range, timing, and openings will do more for you than treating an S Tier label as permission to charge into every fight.
