A new Roblox event called The Classic is coming, according to multiple leaks

Over the past few days, numerous leaks have suggested that Roblox is gearing up for another thrilling in-game event called The Classic following the resounding triumph of the Egg Hunt event in March 2024.

It all began with a tweet from the influential Roblox YouTuber, KreekCraft. This news swiftly gained momentum, with other prominent Roblox leakers such as LilyGia, Event Hunters, and RTC also confirming the development of a new grand Roblox event.

Adding to the intrigue, the official Roblox Twitter handle replied enigmatically with an emoji to a recent message from their CEO, David Bascuzki. In his message, he expressed gratitude for the success of the Egg Hunt Event and hinted at the upcoming experimentation with other similar events, possibly referring to the Classic Event. The emoji reply, though cryptic, could be interpreted as a confirmation or a playful tease, further fueling the anticipation.

So, what could it entail if there is indeed a new Classic Event, as suggested by the leakers and hints from the Roblox devs? From the murmurs circulating within the community, the upcoming event will pay homage to the beloved Classic Roblox games. So, much like the last Egg Hunt, we can expect a series of quests with enticing rewards, primarily centered around classic and popular Roblox experiences.

When will the Roblox Classic Event be released?

The release date for the Roblox Classic Event is much closer than you think. Several leakers have already started reporting the addition of reward items and UI changes in multiple games, like Blade Ball. These changes include an old-style Roblox menu and a revamped interface to accommodate the upcoming event, giving players a hint of what's to come. 

If everything goes according to plan, the new Roblox Classic Event will be released at the end of May 2024 or early June. Note these dates are tentative and subject to change, as the Roblox team is committed to delivering a high-quality event and may need more preparation time.
