Recommended Videos

Here are all the working Roblox Abyss codes for February 2026. Redeeming them gets you free Star Shards, Oxygen Pods, Speed Potions, and Drop Luck Potions. These are all useful from the very first dive, especially those Oxygen Pods. You don't want to be rushing back to the Forgotten Dome every five seconds, and you especially don't want to die and lose money and your catch. We check for new codes daily, so bookmark this page.

What Abyss rewards do:

  • Star Shards (100 per code) — The primary currency for the race system. Use 100 shards for one standard race reroll, or save 1000 shards to unlock your second race slot. You can also do a Lucky Reroll for 450 shards, which significantly increases your chances of getting Rare, Epic, or Legendary races. Learn which races to aim for in our Race Tier List.
  • Small Oxygen Pods (5 from RELEASE code) — Instantly restore oxygen while diving, acting as emergency air supply. Essential for exploring deeper zones before you can afford better tube upgrades. These pods let you push further into dangerous areas and escape when oxygen runs critically low (when that Shark comes at you and takes a chunk out). See our oxygen management guide for advanced strategies.
  • Speed Potion (1 per code) — Temporarily boosts your tube's movement speed for faster travel between zones. Particularly useful for escaping hostile fish, racing back to the safe bubble when oxygen is low, or when you are encumbered with too much weight. The speed boost also makes repetitive fishing routes more efficient.
  • Drop Luck Potion (1 from BUGFIX01) — Increases your chance of getting rare fish drops, better mutations, and higher-quality rewards from geodes. Use this when targeting specific rare fish for your bestiary or when opening valuable geodes to maximize your chances of getting top-tier artifacts.

PRO TIP: Redeem codes immediately after completing the tutorial. Use your Star Shards for your first race reroll if you're unhappy with your starter race. Getting a solid race early (Uncommon or better) significantly speeds up progression.

IMPORTANT: You must complete the tutorial first (talk to the Kraken and catch three fish) before you can redeem codes. The code redemption option won't appear until you finish this brief introduction. Also, codes are case-sensitive, so use the Copy button in our list to avoid typos. Each code can only be redeemed once per account.

What Are Star Shards Used For?

Star Shards are Abyss's premium currency for the race system. Here's everything you can do with them:

Race RerollsUnlocking Race Slots
Standard Reroll: 100 Star Shards — Random chance at any race rarity
Lucky Reroll: 450 Star Shards — Significantly boosted odds for Rare, Epic, Legendary, and Mythic races
Pity System: Guaranteed Rare or higher after 20 rerolls, Legendary or higher after 50 rerolls
Slot 1: Free (your starting race)
Slot 2: 1000 Star Shards
Slot 3: 5,000 Star Shards

Having multiple race slots lets you switch between different race builds without rerolling, which is essential for optimizing different activities (fishing vs. exploration vs. combat).

How to Earn Star Shards (Free Methods)

  • Redeem Codes — 100 shards per code (fastest method for new players)
  • Complete Bestiary — Earn shards for each unique fish species caught; claim from Richard in the Forgotten Dome
  • Finish Achievements — All achievements reward Star Shards; higher tiers give more (5-20+ shards)
  • Complete Quests — Some NPC questlines reward Star Shards upon completion
  • Purchase with Robux — Available if you want to speed up race hunting (not required)

Strategy: New players should use code rewards (200 total Star Shards from current codes) for 2 race rerolls immediately after the tutorial. If you get an Uncommon or better race, keep it. Otherwise, keep rerolling until you get at least Rare quality for smoother early-game progression.

Abyss Codes FAQ

How many Abyss codes are there right now?

There are currently two active Abyss codes: BUGFIX01 and RELEASE. We update this article immediately when new codes are released, so bookmark this page for the latest updates.

Are Abyss codes case-sensitive?

Yes. Enter codes exactly as listed, or use the Copy button to avoid errors.

When do new Abyss codes come out?

New codes typically drop during major game updates, when Abyss hits player milestones (like 100K visits), and during special events or collaborations. Deep Spirit Games doesn't follow a fixed schedule, but checking around patch days gives the best results.

What do Abyss codes give you?

Currently, codes reward Star Shards (used for race rerolls), Oxygen Pods (emergency air supply), Speed Potions (temporary tube speed boost), and Drop Luck Potions (increased rare drop chances).

Can codes be used more than once?

No. Each code can only be redeemed once per account.

How often should I check for new codes?

We recommend checking this page after every game update or once per week. Codes can expire at any time, so redeeming them as soon as they're released ensures you don't miss out. We typically receive 1-3 new codes per month, based on the developer's release schedule.

Can I use codes on mobile?

Yes! Abyss codes work the same way on mobile, desktop, and any platform that runs Roblox. Just follow the same redemption steps through the settings menu.

Can you lose oxygen?

Once you leave the dome, you’ll need to watch your oxygen levels. If you stay in the water too long, you’ll die. Thankfully, your oxygen supply can be upgraded. Find out more in our how to refill oxygen underwater in Abyss guide.

Is there an Abyss Discord link?

Yes — join the Deep Spirit Games Discord server for more information about the game. The #abyss-codes channel is where new codes are announced first. You can also find game news, updates, and the community there.

What is Abyss?

Abyss is a fishing game on Roblox where you spawn inside a dome at the bottom of the sea, with a harpoon in hand. Your main objective is to capture fish to offer to the Kraken, a mysterious entity that rewards you in exchange. Sell those little creatures for cash to upgrade your weapons and oxygen supply.

What is the difference between normal and lucky reroll?

Normal rerolls cost 100 Star Shards and give equal chances for all race rarities. Lucky rerolls cost 450 Star Shards but significantly boost your odds of getting Rare, Epic, Legendary, or Mythic races while reducing the chance of Common/Uncommon. Lucky rerolls are worth it once you've saved enough shards and are hunting for high-tier races.

What happens when I die in Abyss?

Death causes you to lose some of the fish you caught and a portion of your money. To avoid this, store valuable fish in Billy's Bank at the hub before risky dives into deeper zones. Some races have passive abilities that let you revive once per dive, which can save you from losing progress.

What's the pity system in Abyss?

Abyss has a built-in pity system for race rerolls to prevent extremely unlucky streaks. After 20 standard rerolls without getting a Rare or higher race, your next reroll guarantees a Rare, Epic, Legendary, or Mythic race. After 50 rerolls without getting Legendary or higher, you're guaranteed a Legendary or Mythic race. This ensures that even with bad RNG, you'll eventually get strong races.
