The Coral Bastion is an area inside the Tidefall at GPS (2650, -1105, 873). Firstly, you must use the Advanced Oxygen Tank/ Water Bubble + Tidebreaker and dive inside the Underwater Cave to get into Tidefall. After arriving at Tidefall, you can walk towards the east side from the Drowned Apparaiser to reach the location. Otherwise, you can follow the in-game marker to reach the location easily.
