Before catching these fish, you must locate the Patriotic Seas. The Patriotic Seas is not a fixed location on the map; instead, it spawns randomly anywhere around Sea 1 or the main Sea. Just check your Global Event Spawn chat box to know of any such ongoing events. If available, hop on to your boat and travel to find one. You can use something like the Shark Whistle to speed up your process of spawning a Patriotic Seas.

Along with completing your Bestiaries, you can earn a lot of cool rewards for catching the fish swimming inside these bestiaries. For this, speak with Liberty Larry while sitting on the Fischfest 2 Island beach at GPS (-24076, 2593, -4479) to start the quest. Basically, you have to catch a certain amount of fish to receive the rewards, from starts from 1 fish to all the way to 10 different ones.
