Before catching the fish inside the Bellona's Frenzy of War, you must reach the location. First, equip your boat and travel directly to Grand Reef at GPS coordinates (-3554.2, 143.3, 472.2). Now, jump inside the black hole at the center to reach Atlantis. Here, equip a Tidebreaker or any Advanced Oxygen Tank and jump into the Kraken Pool. You can reach the Kraken Pool by traveling straight towards the ground from the circular water pool at the center of Atlantis. At the end, you will find cracks leading to Bellona's Frenzy of War.
