Davy's Rose
Davy's Rose is the easiest Rose to get in FischFright 3. To get it, board the Flying Dutchman ship as it flies across the Caustic Hallow (FischFright 3 Island). Equip either your gliders or a Gravity Coil to reach the ship's deck from any ledge or high terrain. After climbing, interact with the Dutchman Merchant to open the shop and buy this item for 5,000 Treats.
Ethereal Rose
You can obtain the Ethereal Rose as part of the Doomsekkar Rod Quest. Travel straight to the Doomsekkar NPC at GPS (-14988 , 146, -9663). Speak with the character to start the Rod Quest, which involves finishing the following three Objectives. You will get the Ethereal Rose right after playing the Ghost Mini-game that requires you to fight off a spirit.

For this one, you must finish all of Pumpkin Pete's quests. Go to GPS (-14727, 148, -10009) to find Pete sitting on top of a small terrain next to a house. Interact with him to start a series of four quests/tasks that will provide the Gourdemort's Rose. This quest series mainly requires you to Trick or Treat across the map.
