The FischFright has returned for Halloween 2026. The third iteration of the Event (FischFright 3) features 44 new limited-time catches in its bestiary pool, including Halloween-themed fishes like Scarecrow Snapper, Jack-O-Angler, Haunted Eyeball & more. So, if you want to complete the entire Bestiary, here is a detailed guide.
How to catch all 44 Fishes in FischFright 3
As in previous editions, you can catch all the fishes through regular fishing, and some through Trick or Treating around the various houses. In the table below, I have added details like preferred bait, season, weather & timing requirements to catch all 44 fishes in the FischFright 3 Bestiary, along with whether each is available through Trick or Treating. Just follow them & you will reel in every one of them in no time.

How to Trick or Treat in FischFright 3
As mentioned earlier, you can catch some of the fish through Trick or Treat. To do this, simply equip the Candy Bucket from your inventory into the taskbar at the bottom. Then, go to any of the multiple houses on the FischFright 3 Island and knock on the door. An NPC will come out; pick the Treat option to get Candies or Fishes for the Bestiary. You won't get a fish each time you go Trick or Treating. So, if you're serious about finishing the entire Bestiary, stick with fishing rather than Trick or Treating.
How to reach Caustic Hollow in FischFright 3
Players can easily reach FischFright 3 Island by speaking with Captain Jack on the Haunted Ship at Moosewood Dock. While speaking, select the "I want to Travel " option to go to the Limited Time Event area.
