How to get Body Alters fast in Gym League (Update 1)
To get new Body Alters in Gym League, you must build your current body alter to 100% by working out in a gym. You can check the progress of your current Body Alter by clicking on the 'Stat' option on the left-hand side of the screen. This will bring up a 'Body Stats' screen and you want to look at the percentage next to the top item in the list. If you've just started out, this will be 'Normal.'
To gain strength fast, you'll have to use Power-Ups from the Gym Store and boosts from the Shop. Each rewards you with different boosts.
