Every Deadly Delivery Monster Behavior & Locations

Pit Maw

A stationary trap-monster that emerges from the floor like a toothed crater. It deals 30 damage and stuns you for three seconds if stepped on. Since it appears on any floor and is found mostly in dark hallways, watching the ground is crucial. Dropping heavy items is the safest way to neutralize it early.

Mimic

Disguises itself as you or a teammate, tricking others into getting close. It spawns on any floor. If approached, it attacks, but giving it distance causes it to lose interest. Weapons work if it becomes aggressive.

The Forsaken

A late-floor enemy found deeper in the facility. It becomes enraged the moment it sees you and sprints straight toward you, dealing 40 damage. Maintaining eye contact freezes it in place. Looking away even for a moment allows it to rush you, making this one of the most stressful monsters in the game.

Fridge Mimic

Appears identical to normal loot fridges, making it one of the most deceptive threats. Spawns from Floor 3 and after. Opening the door from the front triggers a sudden bite for 30 damage. Always stand to the side when looting fridges.

Fire Turkey

A super-aggressive burning creature that pecks rapidly for 2 damage per hit and chases indefinitely once alerted. You can fight it normally or simply wait until it burns out on its own, dropping a cooked food item. Spawns from the first Floor itself.

Crocodile

Found only in special egg rooms. It remains harmless until you pick up the egg, after which it relentlessly chases you. Dropping the egg helps create distance so you can kill it. A weapon is recommended for this encounter.

Bloomaw

The latest Monster was added to Deadly Delivery. An innocent-looking black cat wanders around the facility and approaches you when spotted. It transforms into a violent monster and jumps on the closest person, killing them quickly. You can stop them by flashing a light. Found generally after Floor 6.

Guest 666

Guest 666 is exclusive to The Underground Forest level and is one of the most dangerous entities in Deadly Delivery. It charges at you if it spots you and deals a lot of damage with each hit. You should ideally run away and hide, especially into your elevator, since it can't go inside. Alternatively, you can wait for it to leave or deaggro from you. You can beat it after a lot of Shotgun hits.

Sneakrat

One of the lesser threatening entities to deal with, the Sneakrat generally only steals your dropped food and loots. They are neutral at first, but can get aggressive if you hit them while stealing an item. When aggressive, they chase you and hit you for 10 DMG. You can kill them with a few bat hits. They can spawn on any floor.

Santa MK-II

The Santa MK-II generally wanders the floors and rewards you with Gifts with certain mutations upon interaction. But, they have a chance to turn frenzied. When in a frenzied state, this entity will pull out a shotgun and shoot you, dealing 30HP DMG per hit. You can beat it back into neutrality with some bat hits. Killing them does not drop any loot. They can spawn after floor 5.

The Burden

The Burden is a small crab-like entity that can spawn on any floor. They are generally hiding around the corner and sneak up on you. If close to you, they will latch onto your back, covering your vision, slowing movement speed, and draining your blood, dealing damage over time. You can only beat them by hitting them with a baseball bat or having a friend hit them. You can generally one-shot them if they haven't attacked you. Leaving the floor also despawns them.
