Complete FischFright 3 Nessie Guide – Plush, Ghoul & Zombie Nessie

Nessie-type Fish are among the rarest in the Fisch universe, and FischFright 3 lets players catch three varieties. However, these are tied to unique events, and you must perform specific rituals to activate them. So, if you are wondering how to get the Plush, Ghoul, or Zombie Nessie in Fisch, here is a detailed guide.

How to get to the Plush Nessie in FischFright 3

The easiest Nessie to get is the Plush Nessie. You can get the Plush Nessie in two ways: Fish for it in any Frightpool or get it through Trick or Treating. I personally lean toward Trick or Treating, since it's easier than fishing. Since this is a rare reward from the Trick or Treat Event, you need a better mask. Visit the Dutchman Merchant NPC on the Flying Dutchman Ship roaming around the Hallow Caustic. Purchase a high-level mask like the Leviathan Mask (10 Treats) or Mossjaw Mask (1500 Treats) from the character.

Equip these masks, then trick-or-treat around the house for a much better chance of securing the Plush Nessie in FischFright 3. If you still want to go the Fishing route, try fishing in any Frightful Pool under the following conditions.

If you start the Zombie Nessie, you will be teleported to the Haunted Cemetery. Collect the Haunted Bones around the area and deposit them into the Haunted Cauldron at the center. If you and your friends add 15 to the pot, a pool will appear where you can catch the Zombie Nessie, which prefers the following conditions:

  • Weather: Jack-o-Moon
  • Time: Night
  • Season: Autumn
  • Bait: Black Licorice

You can also pop a Jack-o-Moon Totem to increase further your chance of catching the Fish. You can buy it from the Dutchman Merchant for 15,000 Treats.

How to get to the Ghoul Nessie in FischFright 3

There are two ways to get the Ghoul Nessie in FischFright 3: activate the Ghoul Nessie Ritual at the Cemetery, or wait for the Spooky Cemetery Admin Event to run in your server. Since Admin Events run only once a week, I suggest finishing the requirements and gathering the items needed for the Ghoul Nessie Ritual. Refer to the table below to start the Ritual.

RequirementComplete 1 Omniscient Ritual
x2 Hex Stage

Jack-o-Lanternsx1 Dirty Candy Corn (Item)

Also, while the Ritual is active, you can buy the Jack-o-Lantern Totem from the Dutchman Merchant for 15,000 Treats, as the Fish prefers these conditions.

  • Weather: Jack-o-Moon
  • Time: Night
  • Season: Autumn
  • Bait: Sour Jelly Candy

Once everything is active, try fishing in the Haunted Cemetery Pool for a chance at Ghoul Nessie.
