What Are The S Tier Classes in Animal Hospital

The S-tier classes in Animal Hospital are Surgeon and Head Nurse. If you’re completely F2P, save up for Surgeon. Head Nurse is the best option if you’re willing to spend some Robux.

Head Nurse	Perk: Level 1 - +3 max inventory capacity Level 2 - +3 max inventory capacity, +10 bonus sanity Level 3 - +3 max inventory capacity, start each round with all items. Cost: Robux Only (80 Robux)	+ This class reduces your trips between the office, patient rooms, and the medical supplies machines. + Equally effective in both Solo and Team runs. + The bonus sanity at Level 2 is extremely useful. + At Level 3, you don't get all 1x of all items in your inventory. - No way to obtain this class as an F2P player. Only obtainable for Robux.

What Are The A Tier Classes in Animal Hospital

There’s only one A-tier Class in Animal Hospital- Secret Agent. It is a premium Class that costs 320 Robux, but it makes the game extremely easy.

What Are The B Tier Classes in Animal Hospital

The B-tier Classes in Animal Hospital are Nurse (increases inventory) and Security (makes dealing with the anomalies easier).

Not the best for Solo gameplay. - Cost is slightly higher, considering the value it provides.

What Are The C Tier Classes in Animal Hospital

The C-tier Classes in Animal Hospital are Doctor, Psychologist, and Secretary. All three of these Classes offer Sanity perks, which are not meta right now.

Psychologist	Perk: Level 1 - All sanity effects are doubled (negative and positive) Level 2 - All sanity effects doubled, 7.5% chance to ignore sanity loss Level 3 - All sanity effects doubled, 15% chance to ignore sanity loss Cost: 500 Animal Coins	+ Doubles your sanity gain from all sources. + If you’re an experienced player and know how to manage your sanity, this can be a very helpful class. - Not a beginner-friendly class. - Causes you to lose double sanity over time.
Secretary	Perk: Level 1 - Recover 1 sanity when checking in patients Level 2 - Recover 2 sanity when checking in patients, +5 bonus sanity Level 3 - Recover sanity when checking inpatients, +10 bonus sanity Cost: 120 Animal Coins	+ Offers the same perk as the Doctor Class, but at a much lower cost. + Sanity recovers each time you check in a patient successfully. + Good for beginners. Use it to learn sanity management. - As you start managing sanity better, this class and the perk start feeling useless.

What Are The D Tier Classes in Animal Hospital

The D-tier classes in Animal Hospital are Paramedic and Intern. These do have low unlock cost, but the perks on offer are bad to say the least.

Intern	Perk: Levle 1 - Starts with 10 bonus sanity Levle 2 - Starts with 15 bonus sanity Leelv 3 - Starts with 20 bonus sanity Cost: Free (available to use from the start).	+ You start the game with extra sanity. - That sanity runs out pretty quickly. - Offers no other perk.
