The best currently obtainable avatar in the game is Statue, according to most players. However, while this avatar can be obtained, it will need quite a bit of grinding.
No, Anime Eternal brings together characters from multiple anime franchises. The game isn't based on only one anime or manga. The same goes for its worlds: each map comes from a different anime title.
Anime Eternal is a Roblox experience in which you click to collect energy and then use that energy to combat various enemies across the game's worlds. You'll get different characters based on the most popular anime series. As is often the case, they won't be bearing their original names, so get ready for the likes of Koku, Kohan, and similar.
