Battle Pass Items
The new winter update also features a new battlepass with several new items. I have mentioned some of the interesting ones from the battlepass below.
- Dual Frost Saber: A majestic frozen sword with a cool sound effect
- Artic Edge: A shortsword with a glowing effect
- Polar Explosion: A winter-themed kill effect
Blade Ball SCI-FI Collection
Players can also purchase the newly launched SCI-FI collection swords. Spin the loot box system using Robux to obtain the cool sword accessories. Currently, each spin will cost you around 99 Robux coins.
Blade Ball Winter Update 1.6.5 New Abilities
As mentioned earlier, two new abilities are also available in the update.
- Titan Blade: Equip a large blade that enables you to block a ball consistently due to its large hitbox.
- Death Slash: Use the ability to slow down the ball and return it to the opponent at full speed, which guarantees an elimination.
Blade Ball Winter Update 1.6.5 New Maps
Two winter-themed maps are now available inside the game.
- Polar Express
- Winter Countryside
Since the maps are designed around the winter holiday theme, the entire map is filled with snow and other pop cultural references to Christmas.
The other minor content update includes a new daily race mode. Remain in the leaderboard at the end of each day to receive rewards like Avis Sycthe, Noobsword, and sci-fi spins.
Remember, these are some of the major highlights of the update. You can still read the entire patch notes in detail from the official Blade Ball Discord or Trello channel.
