Catch a Monster FAQs

Can multiple weather events spawn at the same time?

Yes, multiple weather events can be active at the same time. Weather events with a boost can also spawn simultaneously. So, Rainy and Snowy weather have a small chance of spawning at the same time.

When does the weather change in Catch a Monster?

The weather in Catch a Monster changes every 10 to 15 minutes. It could change completely, or it could only change one or two of the weather conditions if multiple events are active.

Do weather events spawn in private servers?

Yes, weather events will spawn randomly in private servers as well.

Are the weather events global in Catch a Monster?

No, weather events are not global but server-based. That means each server can have different weather at any given time. If you’re looking for a specific weather, try hopping a few servers to find it.

How many weather-exclusive monsters are in Catch a Monster?

Currently, Frost Floradelle is the only weather-exclusive monster. Regardless of the Index, the Frost Floradelle does not spawn at Frost Isle. Instead, it spawns at Neverland Island.

How to catch Frost Floradelle in Catch a Monster?

To catch Frost Floradelle, you need to wait for the weather to be Aurora at Nighttime. When that happens, go to the small island to the left of the Neverland island and wait for Frost Floradelle to spawn.

When will Frost Floradelle respawn in Catch a Monster?

Frost Floradelle only spawns once per weather event (Aurora at Nighttime). If you don’t defeat and catch Frost Floradelle before the weather changes, you’ll have to wait for when the weather becomes Aurora and Nighttime again.
