How does the 2nd Anniversary Event work in Fisch
The Anniversary Event in Fisch centers on the exclusive Anniversary Bestiary and the Giant Cake Building. Basically, you have to catch the fish part of the Anniversary Bestiary either globally or from the exclusive Anniversary Pool that spawn every hour (XX:30) in one of the following locations: Roslit Bay, Forsaken Shores, Snowcap Island & Castaway Cliffs. Then return to the large Giant Cake Building at Moosewood and toss the fish into the Icing Pool to get exclusive Anniversary Rewards.
How to get the Candle Rod in Fisch
The Candle Rod is the biggest highlight of the Fisch 2nd Anniversary Event. You can find the Rod on top of the large Cake next to the Moosewood Dock. To unlock it, light all 10 Candles on the first layer of the Cake that wraps around it.
This is pretty simple: give 10 different Fish (each one corresponding to a candle) from the 2nd Anniversary Bestiary to the Icing Pool at the bottom of the Giant Cake structure. Watch the candle ignite at the top each time you toss a unique fish. Repeat until you light all 10 Candles on top to unlock the Candle Rod. Speaking of the passive, the Candle Rod has a wick at the top that grows larger in flame each time you catch a fish. After catching five consecutive fish, it will be fully lit. When this happens, you have a 26% chance to get the Birthday Mutation, which has a whopping x8 value multiplier. You'll also get a 65% progress multiplier while fishing if the fish you have caught has a Birthday Mutation.
