How to reach the Collapsed Ruins & Crowned Ruins in Fisch
As mentioned earlier, both locations are within the Tidefall. In case you have not reached Tidefall yet, go straight to (3138, 132, 910) to find the Underwater Cave. Equip a Tidebreaker+ Advanced Oxygen Tank and jump straight down to reach the Tidefall.
Once you are inside Tidefall, walk straight towards the Southern direction to find the Collapsed Ruins at GPS (3155,-1052, 1261). Just jump over the rocky terrain, and you will find the entrance. Walk straight to enter Collapsed Ruins.
From Collapsed Ruins, you can easily enter the Crowned Ruins, as all you have to do is go towards the backside of the area to find a small, narrow path that will directly lead you into the Crowned Ruins.
