To get the Dreambreaker Mastery, players must finish the following set of quests.

Disruptor of Dreams: Nightmare Bobber

The first quest revolves around catching x3 Leviathan with the Distraught Mutation. For this, head straight to the Sanctum area inside the Cultist Lair (4450, -2000, -4675). Here, fish for Leviathan using the Dreambreaker rod under the following conditions.

  • Weather: Foggy
  • Time: Night
  • Season: Winter
  • Bait: Luminous Larva

Remember, there is a 35% chance of getting the Distraught Mutation during the night. So, fish for the Leviathan only during the night to meet both the mutation and fish condition.

Master of the Deep: Distraught Title

This one is very similar to the previous quest, as instead of the default Leviathan, you must catch x2 Profane Leviathan with the same Distraught Mutation. This is also available to catch inside the Sanctum under the present conditions.

  • Weather: Foggy
  • Time: Night
  • Season: Winter
  • Bait: Luminous Larva

As usual, fish during the night to increase your chance of getting Distraught Mutation using the Dreambreaker rod.

Nightmare Hunter: 10% Progress Speed

The final task to finish the Dreambreaker Mastery is to fish x50 Exotic-type fish using the Dreambreaker rod. This is a bit grindy, but achievable if you target the ones that are always available to catch, rather than the Hunt-related Fishes. Below is such a list of Exotic Fish that are easy to find and reel in.
