How to Set Up a Fleet in Arcane Odyssey

To create a fleet, you must complete the Becoming a Fleet Commander quest at level 150, which is given by Edward Kenton. Completing this quest unlocks the Fleet UI inside the Ship menu. If you want to add ships to your fleet, it requires sinking eligible ships first.

You can increase Deckhand loyalty by gifting items that match their style. Higher-level gear and enchantments with modifiers grant significantly more loyalty. Uncommon and rare items are also surprisingly effective after recent buffs.
