The Halibut Harpoon is a unique piece of equipment in Fisch that allows players to use it as a regular fishing rod and a harpoon gun at will. Where is the Dr. Monty NPC in Fisch?
To start the quest, you must talk with the Dr. Monty NPC, who resides in his secret laboratory. To reach his lab, go to the Depths POI. Once you are underground, go to the GPS location (461, -2002, -13150.2) in Outer Deep. Here, you can find a group of buildings.
Now, enter through the highlighted window of the first building, as shown in the image above, to enter Dr. Monty's laboratory. Once inside, you can find Dr. Monty next to a board. Speak with him to start the quest.
