Where to Enchant Shovels (Map Location)

To enchant your shovel in Roblox DIG, you need to visit the Cinder Cavern, which is located just next to Rooftop Woodlands and across from Verdant Vale. It’s recommended you use a fast car and an Emergency Flare before heading out. Once you’re geared up, head to the entrance of the cave.
- Drive into the cave and make your way to the very end until you reach two NPCs standing next to an elevator.
- Pay the foreman $1,000 to use the elevator.
- Drive your car onto the elevator platform and wait for the timer to count down.
- Once it hits zero, you’ll be transported to the lower level of the cave.
From here, you’ll find yourself inside a dark cave maze. The trick to clear it is to follow the glowing blue mushrooms scattered throughout the maze. As long as you follow these mushrooms and avoid detours, you’ll eventually reach the underground city known as Azure Hollow, where the Enchantment Pedestal is located.
Enchant Shovel Requirements
Enchanting in DIG requires a special item called an Enchantment Tome. There are two primary ways to obtain these:
- Digging Loot: You can randomly find Enchantment Tomes while digging. The chance of obtaining one is approximately 1 in 250. Using the Magnet Shovel or an Abundant-enchanted Shovel increases your odds of finding loot like Tomes.
- Buying from the Dark Wizard: The Dark Wizard resides in the Odd Tower in Rooftop Woodlands. You can purchase Enchantment Tomes from him for $15,000 each, but only during Summer nights, and only if you're at least level 30. Look for the wooden door on the tree at coordinates (4401, 226, -628) and knock.
How to Enchant a Shovel in DIG

Once you’ve arrived in Azure Hollow and found the Enchantment Pedestal, the process is pretty easy. First, make sure you have your desired shovel equipped. Then, open your backpack, find your Enchantment Tome, and equip it. Approach the pedestal and hold the E key to perform the enchantment.
Each enchantment is randomized, and you won't know which effect you'll get until it's done. Additionally, each time you enchant a shovel, you'll receive a temporary Blessing Buff that grants +0.5 Luck for 10 minutes. This can help with subsequent digs or additional enchant attempts.
