How To Complete Eli's part in THRESHOLD Episode 2
Episode 2 of THRESHOLD starts with two male students, NPC Tanner and Wes, asking Eli to do a thing for them. It ends up being a ritual he performs in the field outside school. He stands on his own shadow, says his name and asks it to stay with him 3 times. Not much happens, so Eli heads out to catch his bus. But… something is different. His shadow seems to eerily trail behind him. After a quick time skip to Lock in, Ellie is back at school and the students seems to whisper harsh things about him. This causes him to get flashbacks of past traumas and absolutely lose it. Turning into a monster. Your first objective of the episode is to find and snuff out 6 students. You'll see their silhouettes through the walls. They'll run but Eli is faster. Two will be in a classroom, two in the cafeteria kitchen. The last two are Tanner and Wes, shaking in the field.
How To Save NPC Danny From The Monster in THRESHOLD Episode 2

Fast-forward and you can see two eyes opening. It's NPC Danny waking in a hospital bed. He's roughed up but mostly fine. You're by his bedside and he seems to recall how you carried him away from danger, but how you did it was extraordinarily fast. You don't remember a thing but agree it was odd. Your chat is interrupted by NPC Everene who is astonished by the fact that both Danny and you survived facing Eli. She believes he was lucky in the encounter, but requests to run some tests on you to gather data on your incredible strength and speed. You follow her to Sub Level Three. In the facility she tests your ability to kill the entities or as they call them, Shadows. You manage to defeat them with ease. Everene seems pleased with the results and advises to head back to Danny's room.
The facility door slams behind you, separating you and Everene. Something is wrong, you start hallucinating. You don't know what's real and what isn't anymore. You need to make it to the elevator and despite what Everene says don't move unless the lights are off. Go to a side room where you'll hide until you calm down. But Eli seems to be preparing to get Danny. While his back is turned go up to him and attack! Press the buttons on screen in time to fight. Once the monster is stunned on the floor grab Danny and jump out the window, through the glass. Just as you think you'll safely land inside the helicopter, Eli leaps and grabs onto Danny. Mash the spacebar to try and get him off. Even though you've successfully completed the action, he is caught. Before he can be eaten Everene smacks the creature straight out the broken window.
How To Complete the School Part in THRESHOLD Episode 2

You take off, leaving Danny with Everene. The NPC Guard inside the helicopter reassures you that they'll be fine together. As you approach the main entrance the guard foreshadows his own demise before he's snatched by entities. You're on your own again.
How To Find All the Students and Defeat the Monsters in THRESHOLD Episode 2

Enter inside and start looking for 3 surviving students. You're equipped with a flashlight and C4, these are not very useful in defeating the monsters charging at you. Don't worry, you still have your fists. Go up the staircase and head right to the end of the hallway. Inside the last classroom you'll find the first student. Lead them back to the helicopter where they'll be safe.
The school is absolutely crawling with Shadows. Make sure to try and dodge them or if push comes to shove, fight. The big ones that look like they're mushed together, drag you in random directions, if they can't kill you, their main goal is to confuse you. Continuously press the space bar to defeat them.
The second student will be in the gym area, deceased. The third student is trapped in a cubby upstairs, behind debris. You can only get to them by entering a room beside the cafeteria. Run and jump off the pad between the walls. You'll get a quick time event where you have to press numbers in a fast paced sequence to successfully climb up through a hole in the ceiling. Once you're up, a monster will attack you. Clicking on it when the on screen circle turns red will leave you victorious. Punch through the debris with another quick time event where you need to click when the indicator is on the red part of the bar. Lead the very lucky student back to the helicopter.
Not quite. Before you can make it, they get mauled by a Shadow. This, rightfully so, infuriates you. You get a message stating that you've reached THRESHOLD MAX. Click on the monster to absolutely demolish it on the spot.
How To Set-up C4 Around The School in THRESHOLD Episode 2
Time to blow this whole joint to smithereens. There will be exact indicators where to place 6 pieces of C4. Two are in downstairs classrooms, one in a upstairs classroom, one in the gym, one in the cafeteria and the final one is in a upstairs classroom parallel to the cubby. Retreat to your helicopter and make some distance before enjoying the fireworks.
How To Complete the Helicopter Part in THRESHOLD Episode 2
It's a good thing that THRESHOLD Episode 2 requires you to operate a helicopter because you seem to be a pro at it. But nothing ever is easy in this world of monsters. Shadows are trying to take you down by slamming into your windshield and entering though your helicopter doors. Use A / D to lean and try to dodge them. If they manage to enter, smack them square across their unsightly face. You can mess up a couple of times but pay attention to your health bar at the top of the screen!
How To Complete the Sub Level Three Part in THRESHOLD Episode 2

So you made it back in one piece and even managed to retrieve a survivor huh? NPC Everene won't congratulate you but she will insist on running more tests. Everyone is wary of you but you're only using your seemingly extraordinary abilities for good. Nevertheless, back to Sub Level Three for various strength and agility assessments. Every result concludes that you aren't exactly fully human.
Before more questions can be answered, an alarm starts blaring. An unknown NPC busts through the walls of the facility to ask you to join their organization. He advertises it as a place perfect for you. A human who managed to control their inner Shadow rather than having it take over and turn them into a monster. He explains that he was the one who gave the students at school the idea to perform the shadow ritual. As a result most students failed to control themselves and turned into the same grotesque Shadow-beings you've been killing all this time. His words strike a nerve, and the argument quickly escalates into a physical tussle. Press the buttons on screen in time to defend yourself and land a few punches.
How To Defeat The Mysterious NPC Boss in THRESHOLD Episode 2
The mysterious NPC in THRESHOLD Episode 2, seems to have had enough of talking and scuffling with you. He steps back and turns into a huge horned beast. Before you can react he picks you up and tries to eat you but can't. Instead he throws you a couple of yards away, making you land with a hard thud in a classic style Boss battle arena. Evade the Boss and try to survive for a minute and a half. Climb buildings, sprint to make distance and make sure you're not caught in the red circle indicating where the creature will try to damage you shortly. This section serves as a quick tutorial, introducing you to the mechanics of the fight that’s about to begin.
Enough of evading and running for your life, it's time to fight. NPC Danny and Everene join the battle as supporting roles. Danny blasts the Boss with rockets, while Everene hits it from above if you manage to get the positioning in the blue circle right. This stuns the beast long enough for you to land a critical blow. Do this several times, each blow takes a chunk off the apex creature's health bar. You must also be mindful of your own health bar, there is room for error but only a little.
One last hard punch and finally the Boss has been defeated, the disaster has been dealt with, right? Unfortunately your sanity starts faltering and you slowly lose control, growing into something big and scary, before completely losing consciousness. This concludes THRESHOLD episode 2.
How To Complete THRESHOLD Chase Mode

In THRESHOLD, you can choose between two distinct Chase Modes, each featuring its own mechanics and objectives. But no matter which mode you choose, the goal remains the same: do whatever it takes to make it out alive!
How To Counter Eli in THRESHOLD Chase Mode
In the THRESHOLD Chase Mode you spawn in a tunnel and are being hunter by the Shadow monster Eli. If your microphone is on, it can hear you. Same goes for text, typing in game or using the already selected wheel of emotions you can portray through sound queues also alerts Eli of your location. If in chase, cut as many corners as you can to lose line of sign. Utilize the few hidey holes on the map such as barrels or simply crouch behind objects. It's necessary for you to be quick and quiet with it, otherwise Eli will run you down like it's nothing. Your main objective is to find 3 maintenance keys and use them on the exit to escape. Their locations are randomized. Check any wall cabinets, metal panels you come across or side passages as keys can be tucked away in various locations. Keep track of graffiti on the wall to make it easier to orient yourself, since the map overlay resembles a maze.
There are several items you can equip to help you survive. Use the Torch to light up the tunnels and make sure you don’t miss any keys. Once powered, the Radar can detect the entity’s proximity, giving you an early warning when danger is near. Keep an eye out for Batteries, as they’re essential for keeping both your Torch and Radar powered. Don't randomly use them, resources are scarce. Rather wait for your equipment to be empty before changing them.
How To Counter Scrow in THRESHOLD Chase Mode
In THRESHOLD Chase Mode some would say Scrow the cute but creepy dog mascot, is the main enemy due to how irksome they are. Don't trust Scrow's reassuring words or random yapping, you're being baited into responding back. Don't forget the game can hear you!
Locate 4 password papers to get the code and escape. They're usually located in the food court, market/shop areas, side rooms and corridors. The items are the same. Mind your battery usage, light up areas and use the radar to know when the monster is approaching. Scrow will be a nuisance and follow you around. There will be a general noise level indicator on your screen, if you're being too loud you must get away from them and try to hide. Don't jump or sprint unless absolutely necessary, use 'z' to crawl. If you're unsuccessful and you get a “SCROW GAVE YOU AWAY — Run.” message, you must do just that, run for your life. The premise remains the same as Eli’s Chase Mode: cut corners, break line of sight, and find a place to hide. The difference? Scrow adds an extra layer of unpredictability, making every chase that much harder.
