How to Get Stardust

Stardust - or Magic Dust - is a resource in Dungeon Heroes that is used for upgrades or reroll stats and skills. The primary method of getting Stardust is to sell all your previous loot and pets. Depending on the rarity of the loot, you'll get more or less Stardust. You can do this at the shop in the main lobby, to the left of the highest level leaderboard.

Getting this resource during the early game can seem impossible, but you'll get more loot and pets as you clear more dungeons. Since you'll get tons of loot from high-level dungeons that you won't use, you can sell all of it.

Best Ways to Clear Dungeons

Dungeons can get more difficult the higher you progress. Even if you have good weapons and gear, you will have a tough time defeating bosses and harder enemies. To make this process easier, you can queue up and wait for random players to join.

Up to 5 players can go into a dungeon, which makes the process a bit easier. Another method to clear dungeons in a better way is to remember to level up and get more loot. You can either upgrade your current loot if they fit you, or grind out the highest level dungeon until you can get exactly what you want.

If you are still having trouble clearing dungeons, you can always call your friends and make a proper raid team. Having a team with a proper composition (mage, melee, etc.) allows you to have good sustainability and damage.

Best Weapons

As with any dungeon crawler, you will need the best weapons if you want to crawl deep into the dungeons. The game offers different types of weapons like swords, staves, and many more. Depending on your playstyle, you can choose that weapon.

The best part is that you can change your weapons any time since there aren't any restrictions. If you get a strong staff, you can always use that instead of a sword until you get a better weapon. How to Get Stronger Pets

As you progress through the game, having pets by your side becomes essential. Early game pets aren't useful, but they are good for taking damage for you while you stay safe. After clearing every dungeon, you will get a chest that contains different pets.

Keep opening them and collecting all the pets (you have to defeat them in order to get them in a chest). You can level up and merge pets at one of the shops in the lobby. If you have enough Stardust, definitely invest some into leveling your best pets.

Eventually, you'll get enough to merge one type of pet. Merging 5 pets of the same rarity will increase their rarity (from common to uncommon for example) as well as increase their stats. Clearing stronger dungeons also gives you a chance of getting rarer pets that have good stats.

Tips to Get More Keys

Keys are used to unlock chests and get more skills to upgrade your character. Getting keys can be a hassle in the early game. However, you can get more keys by defeating bosses. If you have a tough time defeating harder bosses, you can always clear easier dungeons, buy new skills to become stronger and then rush back in. Working with other people is also a great way to ensure you will succeed.

Another way of getting more keys is to clear daily quests. As the name suggests, they reset daily and give keys as rewards. While one quest might not yield you a lot of keys, completing all of them can add up and allow you to open multiple chests.
