To reach the Brine Pool, go straight to the Buoy at (-790, 125, -3100) very near the Sunstone Island. Equip your Flippers, and an Advanced Oxygen Tank or Water Bubble. Dive straight down to enter the mine area. Navigate past the mines correctly to reemerge at the Desolate Deep.

Remember, you can only catch fish inside the Brine Pool with a Reinforced Rod, Electric Guitar, Tryhard Rod, Bone Blade, Oniriflax, or any rod with the Invincible Enchantment. I recommend getting one of the above rods for fishing instead of enchanting your favorite rod with Invincible Enchantment. Why? During the Brine Storm, your Lure Speed will be reduced by half. To compensate for it, you can enchant your rods with Hasty, Swift, Breezed, or Momentum to make for a much easier catch.
