Players can create factions/crews in Fisch with their friends or strangers to take on exclusive Challenges on a daily or weekly basis to earn cool rewards such as Totems, Relics, Baits & more.
The Crew System is a club/faction system that lets players form a crew of their choosing or join one to take on exclusive quests for cool rewards. While the system may sound simple, there are requirements and rules you must follow before you begin your journey. So, here is a detailed guide on how the Crew System works in Fisch and how to make the most of it.
Where is the Crew House in Fisch?

Before creating or joining a Crew, you must know the Crew House building in Fisch. It is located at GPS (602, 164, 215) inside the Moosewood, right above the Moosewood Pond. Just climb the ladder near the pond to find the Crew House along with the various Crew House NPCs.
How to make a Crew in Fisch
After finding the Crew House, you can start by making a Crew for yourself. Speak with the Crew Harold NPC at the counter to open the Crew Menu. Here, give an icon for your Crew, customize the color, and finally provide a name. Then pay C$ 50,000 to authorize it. Voila! You are now the proud owner of a crew in Fisch.

As of now, you can add 10 Members to your Crew with varying positions/power. You can increase the count to 20 by accumulating 1,000 Crew Rating and paying an additional C$50,000. A maximum of 50 members can join a Crew as you collect more & more Crew Points.
How to join a Crew in Fisch

If you do not want to run a Crew for yourself, you can always join an existing Crew created by your friends or random players on the server. To do this, ask one of your friends to send you a Crew Invite by pressing the Invite button on the top right of the Crew Menu. Remember, you and your friend must be on the same server to accept the invitation. Alternatively, you can also search for your friend's Crew using the search filter at the top of the menu. Then, manually send a request and wait until they accept this. You can use the same method to send a request to unknown/random Crews on the server as well if they have an Open Joining Criteria.
How to improve Crew Ratings in Fisch
The Crew Ratings are the soul of the Crew System in Fisch. Improving your rating boosts your rank on the leaderboard, earning you bragging rights and exclusive rewards. As mentioned earlier, the Crew Ratings can be improved by completing the Daily and Weekly Challenges. Both of these NPCs can be found inside the Crew House.

Interact with them to find a list of objectives to complete daily and weekly to earn Crew Points. These challenges are pretty simple, ranging from enchanting your rod to catching 100 exotic fish. Inform each of your Crew members to take on the Challenges to contribute to your overall Crew Rating. If you find any of the tasks challenging, you can use the Reroll button to get a new set of challenges. Finishing the task will not only earn you Crew Points but also provide rewards, including the following.
- Meteor Totem
- Enchant Relic
- Glowworm Bait
- Sovereign Relic
- Starlight Worm Bait
