Not sure how to make a Gang in Bridger Western? The popular Roblox open-world shooter is inspired by the Wild West, and outlaws and gangs are synonymous with that era, which has influenced Western aesthetics. Naturally, it comes as no surprise that you can have one as well. Here's how to create and join Gangs in Bridger Western. And what to do if it's not working.
What are Gangs in Bridger Western?
While the developers have some big ideas for this gameplay mechanic, it currently serves a purely cosmetic role. There is no unique gang-related content, such as special gang quests or missions, or any form of raids. There are no gang-versus-gang battles or any ranking system based on individual contributions within the team. You also can’t seamlessly share money or items between gang members (in the current build).
So, what exactly is the purpose of this feature right now? Well, it mostly serves as a way to quickly and easily identify your friends and the people you play with, and that’s about it, really. A simple visual reminder that someone is your friend, so you don’t accidentally shoot them on sight. Now that we've cleared that up, and you still want to create a gang, let's see how you can do it.

How to Make Gangs in Bridger Western
Before you join or create a Gang in Bridger Western, you will need to create a Group (Community) in Roblox. To do this, follow these instructions:
- Log in to your account.
- On the Roblox website, click Communities, located in the navigation panel to the left.
- In the Roblox app, tap the "More" button located at the bottom of the screen or in the left navigation menu, depending on your device.
- Click the Create button.
- Fill out the Name, Description, and Emblem sections.
- In the Settings, select the community entry accessibility option. For maximum control, choose the Manual Approval setting.
- Click the purchase button to finalize the community's creation. It will cost you 100 Robux.
There are two important things to remember here. The first is that the Community name must not exceed 50 characters. And the second, and the most important, in regard to Gangs in Bridger Western, is that the Group must have the words “bridgerwesterngang” in its description in order for it to register in-game. Now that you know this part, here's how to create a Gang in Bridger Western.
- Enter the game and press M.
- Copy and paste the group ID of a Roblox group you are a member of into the prompt that appears when you press M in-game
- Remember, the Group must include the words “bridgerwesterngang” in its description for the game to see it.
- Unlike the community group, the name of the Gang can be as long as you want; there is no character limit.
NOTE: Keep in mind that there are currently numerous bugs and issues with Gangs system. If you encoutner some, know that the developers are aware of them and are actively working on fixing them.

And with that said, that’s about all you need to know about gangs in the Bridger Western Roblox experience. As it stands right now, there’s not much to do with them. If you’re not in a hurry to create a gang, I’d advise waiting a bit until the developers iron out the bugs and introduce features that would actually make creating a gang worthwhile, especially since you need to pay to create a group.
