Mineshaft is a POI in Fisch that players can reach via the Chasm on Sunstone Island. However, you require an item called Merlin's Veil to get into the location. Here is a detailed guide to getting Merlin's Veil and reaching Mineshaft, which holds some of the game's dangerous gems and fish.
How to get Merlin's Veil in Fisch
The players can get Merlin's Veil in Fisch by collecting all four Shards from their respective Rifts. You can spawn a Rift every 20 minutes by speaking with the Merlin NPC on Sunstone Island. All of these Rifts are simple obbies that the player must complete with their diving gear to get the Shard at the end.
- Purple Rift - Shard of Nebulas
- Green Rift - Shard of Roots
- Blue Rift - Shard of Tides
- Red Rift - Shard of Ember
Once all the Shards are provided, you will get a new option with Merlin called "I need to enter The Chasm." Use this option to get Merlin's Veil Buff that appears on the left side of the screen. This is a temporary buff that only lasts for 5 Minutes and must be reapplied if you are not able to reach the Mineshaft. Merlin only applies the buff every 30 minutes. So, be patient if you wasted the previous one.
Where is the Chasm in Fisch?
The Chasm is the entrance to the Mineshaft POI at (-912, 187, -1062). This is in open water, opposite the ladder that leads up to Sunstone Island. Before entering, you must equip yourself with your diving gear, including flippers and oxygen bubbles, for a safe journey. Obviously, you must get Merlin's Veil to enter the location.
After diving, you will find a black hole that is the entrance to the Mineshaft. Enter through it, and you will reach the new POI.
