There are multiple ways to gain your lost strength in Gym League. First of all, I'd suggest focusing on acquiring power-ups like chocolate bars and master drinks which provide muscle boosts and stamina regeneration.

You can buy these items for roughly under 100 bucks in the game from the truck shop section, using in-game cash as currency. So instead of purchasing unnecessary items, spend your cash on the powerup items and Auras during the initial stages to gain strength fast in Gym League.

Apart from this, running on treadmills is another great way to increase stamina. You can also adjust the treadmill's speed to gain stamina faster, but be careful not to run out and pass out. When working out, use the "Autoload" option to set the maximum weight you can lift for your strength. This ensures you gain the most muscle efficiently without having to do complex calculations.

Last but not least, you have the option to use Robux to max out your strength in Roblox Gym League, but it will definitely dent your wallet. Therefore, if you're someone with plenty of cash to spare, this could be the ideal choice for you.

How to AFK farm strength in Gym League

To AFK farm strength in Gym League, you will need the TinyTask application. Once you have it installed, start by standing where you want to train. You can do this for any training spot but make sure it matches up with the red bar correctly.

After you've positioned yourself, click record and then hold 'E' to occupy the weights. If you have Auto Train, you can click that as well, but most of you, like me, won't have it. So click as much as you can until it kicks you off.

Once it kicks you off, get up as soon as you can and give it some time to restore your stamina. Once your stamina is restored, hold 'E' to occupy the weights again and start clicking.

You need to go through a full cycle with the red bar to keep it consistent. While ending macro, make sure you're not on the weights. It might be better to get off manually instead of clicking. Finally, run the macro file to farm strength in Gym League while staying idle.
