As of Update 1, Anime Piece only has Armament Haki. You can get Armament Haki V1 after reaching Level 200 and talking to the Purple Man NPC on Sorcerers Island. Requirements: Level 200+
Armament Haki is currently the only form of Haki obtainable in Anime Piece. It can buff your overall Sword and Melee Damage. There are three different versions of Armament Haki that you can obtain, with Armament Haki V3 giving as much as a +30% Damage buff. How to Get Armament Haki V1 in Anime Piece
To get Armament Haki V1 in Anime Piece, you need to first reach Level 200. Once you reach Level 200, go to Sorcerers Island and talk to the Armament Haki Teacher NPC (Purple Men). You can find the NPC standing inside a cave near the race course area. After talking to the Armament Haki Teacher, you need to complete the following three quests:

After completing all three of these quests, go back to Sorcerers Island and talk to the Armament Haki Teacher again. He’ll ask for 50,000 Beli. Accept the fee, and you’ll get Armament Haki V1 in Anime Piece.
After obtaining Armament Haki V1, your Sword and Melee attacks will do +10% Damage.
How to Get Armament Haki V2 in Anime Piece
To get Armament Haki V2 in Anime Piece, you have to go to Jungle Island and talk to the Armament Haki V2 NPC called Glitch Men. You can find him standing near a few fallen pillars close to the Monkey mob. Obtaining V2 will increase Armament Haki’s damage by +10% (taking it to a total of 20%).
You’ll need the following items to obtain Armament Haki V2 from Glitch Men:

How to Spawn Beast User in Anime Piece
To spawn Beast User in Anime Piece, you need to first obtain a Mad Chip by defeating the Frieza Boss on West Island. With the Mad Chip, go and talk to the Mad Scientist NPC (standing inside the Cood Capsule building). He’ll take the Mad Chip and teleport you to the Beast User Boss’s location.
Once you have all the required items, go back to Jungle Island and talk to Glitch Men again. He’ll take away the Armament Crystal, the Magic Ball, and 35,000 Beli and evolve your Armament Haki to V2.
How to Get Armament Haki V3 in Anime Piece
To get Armament Haki V3 in Anime Piece, go to Starter Island and talk to the Armament Haki V3 NPC called Ronks. You can find him standing on the right side of the island (behind the Bob NPC). Obtaining V3 increases the total damage multiplier of the Armament Haki by +30%. To get V3, you’ll need the following items:
