Before you can get to farming, the first thing you need to know is where to find the Waterfall Cave where the correct NPCs and Boss are hidden. Start your journey at Windy Peak and use the torii gates as your guide. Look where the road takes you downwards, and take that path to descend through the dirt tunnel. Once you reach the new clearing, look for the Tom NPC where the Mother Bear Quest is, and walk right to the edge of the cliff.
This is not where you stop, so just keep going until you fall down because once you land, you'll be right in front of the Waterfall cave entrance. Now all that's left to do is to enter the cave and grind to the max until you get as many Demon Horns as you need.
How to Farm Demon Horns in Slayers 2

When it comes to the Boss Hoyuzo, The Sickle Reaper, you can find him if you go deeper into the Waterfall cave. He is a better target to farm for the item, because there is a 50% chance of three Demon Horns dropping once you kill him.
