The first step in this transformation is to get the Shimon (Celestial). You can obtain Shimon from the Selection Banner 4. You can find him in the exact middle row of the Banner table. After selecting, use the Jewel currency and start rolling for the Shimon. Since he is a Celestial Unit, it will take some time to get the character. Keep spinning until you secure it. I recommend having between 10,000 and 30,000 Jewels, as each spin costs about 300 Jewels.
How to evolve Shimon in Anime Last Stand
After getting the character, the next step is to evolve Simon into Shimon(Digger). For this, you require a Core Drill; this is an item you can obtain as a drop reward from the Spiral Trail.
