How to Get Ice Queen in Sailor Piece
You can get the Ice Queen sword in Sailor Piece by talking to the Ice Queen Seller NPC at Boss Island. When you spawn on Boss Island, go to the backside of the boss spawn area, and you’ll find the Esdeath NPC just to the right of the Blessed Maiden NPC.
To get the Ice Queen Sword from the Esdeath NPC, you’ll need the following items and materials:

Once you have all the required items, talk to the Esdeath NPC at Boss Island to get the Ice Queen Sword.
How to Spawn the Ice Queen Boss in Sailor Piece
You can spawn the Ice Queen Boss at the Boss Island by talking to the Boss Summoner NPC. Scroll to the bottom of the pop-up menu, and you’ll find the Ice Queen Boss spawn button. Choose the difficulty (higher difficulty means higher drop chances but more boss HP as well) and click on the Spawn button to spawn the Ice Queen Boss.
Every time you want to spawn the Ice Queen Boss, you’ll need Frost Relics. Frost Relics are a rare item dropped by all mobs, mini-bosses, and world bosses of Sailor Piece. You’ll also need Gems and Money, along with Frost Relics, to spawn the boss.
If you don’t have Frost Relics, just hang around the Boss Island and wait for someone else to spawn the boss and get a chance to collect the drops.
How to Unlock the Ice Queen F Move in Sailor Piece
After obtaining the Ice Queen Sword, you’ll have to craft the Ice Queen Mastery to unlock the F Move and get a damage buff as well. For that, you’ll need the following items and materials:
- Frostbane Clan: Use Clan Rerolls.
- 2x Ice Core: Dropped by the Ice Queen Boss
- 10x Frozen Brand: Dropped by the Ice Queen Boss
- 85x Frost Relic: Dropped by all mobs, mini-bosses, and world bosses in Sailor Piece.
With all these items, materials, and clans in your inventory, talk to the Ice Queen Master NPC at Boss Island. You can find the NPC standing on top of the hand statue over the boss spawn area.
Talk to the NPC, and you’ll unlock the Ice Queen F Move and get a +30% Damage buff for the Ice Queen Sword.

The Frostbance clan offers the following main buffs when equipped: +40% Damage, +47% Max HP, +10% Sword Damage, and +12% Luck.
The Ice Queen boss at Boss Island will drop the Frost Empress Title upon defeat. There is a 155 Pity for the drop, but you can get the title early by killing the boss at higher difficulty.
