To my relief, there is an alternative method to get the Best Waifu that involves the AFK Time Chamber, where players can earn various rewards, including Secret Units like Speedwagon Waifu, while AFK. The drop rates for Secret Units and specifically Speedwagon Waifu within the Time Chamber are not officially announced, but I presume them to be minimal.
Other ways to obtain a Speedwagon Waifu unit in ALS
Another method to get Speedwagon Waifu is by playing on Planet Namek Act 6 in Story Mode on Nightmare. I personally do not prefer this method because the probability of acquiring this unit is extremely low, reflecting its Exotic status.
Speedwagon Waifu is an Exotic unit, which innately makes her hard to get. But in my experience, she is one of the best money-farming units in the game, earning you copious amounts of income. This income increases progressively, making all the farming worth the effort.
