Where is Tidefall in Fisch?
As mentioned earlier, all the mentioned Essences spawn only in Tidefall, and reaching there is a big hassle. To start, you must have an Advanced Oxygen Tank or Water Bubble along with the Tidebreaker. You can purchase the Advanced Diving Gear for 15,000C$ at the Buoy behind the Sunstone at (-790, 125, -3100). The Tide Breaker is in Desolate Deep and sells for 40,000 C$.
Once you have both items, head to the Underwater Cave at GPS (3138, 132, 910). Here, equip both items and jump inside to reach the bottom, where you can find a submarine and a small opening near it. Go through the opening to find a corridor with a boulder on the right and a stream of water on the left. Touch the water to enter Tidefall.
All Essences in Tidefall & how to get them
All three Essences in Tidefall, like the Requis, Tide, and Thalass, can be acquired from the Dripstone. The Dripstone is a sharp, pointy stone that spawns randomly all around the island during the Dripstone Collapse Event. You can also manually trigger the event using the Dripstone Collapse Event Totem for C$7,500,000 in front of the shop near the Tidefall Waterfall.
To gather the Essences, you must go near the Dripstone and use your pickaxe. Yes, without this, you cannot mine the Dripstone, and it is necessary to get the Essence. If you don't have one, you can purchase a pickaxe at the entrance of the Northern Expedition near the Beginner Oxygen Tank for C$5000 near the Overgrowth Caves.
Just hit the Dripstone using your pickstone three to four times to either get one of the Essences or a stone. Yes, it's random, and you don't need an Essence every time you mine a Dripstone. Keep repeating the process until you get all the Essence of your requirement. Also, try to mine Dripstone from all around the map, as certain Essences have a higher chance of spawning if you mine in specific POIs.
