The easiest way to get Secret units in Special Anime Defense is to summon them from their banners. The process is similar to any other gacha game as it requires you to spend the premium currency of the game.

When it comes to Special Anime Defense, each Summon requires you to spend 50x gems. However, it's worth noting that the drop rate of a secret unit is only 0.01% and you can't obtain them from a standard banner.
