How to get the Moon Idol Boost in Fisch – Moon Kissed Mutation

In the Blue Moon Event Update, the developers have added a new mutation for their fish called Moon Kissed Mutation that can be obtained using the Moon Idol boost. So, if you don't know what the Moon Idol Boost is or how to receive the Mutation, let me explain it to you.

What is the Moon Idol Boost in Fisch?

The Moon Idol is a unique boost/buff in Fisch that players can get if they catch either the Moon Idol - Sea 1 or Moon Idol - Sea 2 Secret type fishes during the Blue Moon Event. You can start the Blue Moon Event on a Winter Night using the Blue Moon Totem, purchasable for E$500,000 at the Lushgrove POI (X: 1298, Y: 156.9, Z:-560.1).

After using the Totem, you can jump inside the Blue Moon Event Bunker at Snow Cap (X:2689, Y:187, Z:2567) or Lushgrove (X:1411, Y:156.4, Z:-590.9) to start catching these fishes.

If you manage to get one, you will receive the Moon Idol Boost for the next 24 Hours(Real-Time), which will provide the following set of buffs to your character.

• Firstly, the player will get a Blue Crescent above their head and will remain until the buff expires.
• You will get an extra +50% XP for each fish you catch.
• There is a 10% chance that the weight of your fish will be doubled.
• There is a +5% chance to get the Moon Kissed Mutation, which slightly improves your sell value.

What is the Moon Kissed Mutation in Fisch?

The Moon Kissed is the newest Mutation in Fisch that slightly provides a turquoise type of tint to the fish and increases the market price by x2.2. It looks terrific and matches the vibe of the Blue Moon Event. Though the exact default rarity of the Mutation is not available, there is a 5% chance of getting this Mutation while you have the Moon Idol Boost.
