Complete Rod of the Depths Fisch Guide – Hexed & Abyssal Enchant Relics

The Depths update in Fisch has introduced a rod called the Rod of the Depths. While we can all agree this name is deep, it's more important to find out how to get Rod of the Depths in Fisch. This is easier said than done, as you need multiple items. But with our help, you'll have no problem finding Enchants Relics and Albino Depths Key.

How to get Rod of the Depths in Fisch - Roblox

Unlike most rods in Fisch, which are primarily purchasable from a vendor, you must collect two Enchant Relics and Depths keys from Vertigo to open the gate to Depths, where you can find the Rod of Depths.

How to get Hexed and Abyssal Enchant Relics

Before doing anything, you must get the Hexed and Abyssal Enchant Relics in the game. For this, you must take your Enchant Relics to the Appraiser in Moosewood Island and appraise them during the Mutation Surge Event (not necessary; it improves the chance of getting the prescribed relic faster). Keep appraising them until you get the Hexed and Abyssal Enchant Relics randomly.

This will cost a lot of money, and you must spend nearly C$1 million to get both items. So, farm many valuable fish and turn them into money before visiting the Appraiser. Also, if you don't know how to get Enchant Relics, you can fish them out of the sea or visit the Merlin (-930, 225, -990) on Sunstone Island for C$11,000 apiece.

How to get the Albino Depths Key

As mentioned earlier, to get the new Rod of Depths rod, you must open the gate at the bottom of the Vertigo, which requires the Albino Depths Key. This key is a fishable item in the Vertigo area. So, find the next Strange Whirlpool event and jump inside it to reach the Vertigo. Here, go to the bottom and start fishing for the newly added Depth Key.

I used a simple Steady Rod with Rapid Catcher Bait during my run and kept fishing for 30 minutes before I got the key. So, any rod with equal or better stats than Steady Rod will do the trick to get the item much earlier.

Along with getting the Depths Key, you also must have 100% Bestiary on Vertigo to open the gate to Depths. So, get your rods out and start fishing all the missing fishes in the Vertigo area. Once both conditions are met, you can speak with the NPC near the gate at the bottom of the Vertigo area to open the gate to enter the Depths. Remember, a single Depths Key will allow you to enter only once and will remain accessible until you stay on the server. To revisit, you must fish and get a new key.

All Enchant Altar Locations inside Depths POI

After entering the Depths area, you must cross an obby-like section with stones and reach the central location where the merchant resides.

From the merchant location, take a right and keep walking until you find the Abyssal Relic Altar at the bottom near the black color NPC. Place the Abyssal Relic to finish the first step.

Now, right opposite that Relic Altar, you will find a waterfall. Go through that waterfall to reach the ledge at the top, where you can see the other Hexed Relic Altar. Now, place this one as well. Immediately, you will hear a huge rumbling noise and another door opening near the bottom of the waterfall in front of the giant statue.

Equip your Advanced Diving gears and jump inside the newly opened gates. Traverse the maze carefully and reach the end to find a small platform at the (1701,-902, 1446.2) location. Resurface from your dive to find a statue and the Rod of the Depths under it. Pay C$750,000 and get the rod for yourself.
