One of the biggest mysteries that has shrouded the Fisch community for a long time is how to get the Silent Lullaby badge. Finally, that puzzle has been solved, and players are now getting the Silent Lullaby badge left and right by performing a simple quest. So, if you are wondering how to get the badge, let me help you out.
Silent Lullbaby Badge Unlock Badge - Roblox
To answer the burning question, you can get the Silent Lullaby Badge by placing the Kittyfish on a painting canvas inside the Shelter in Birch Cay.
Firstly, we need the Kittyfish in the game. You can catch this from the Animal Pool in the Second Sea. The Animal Event Pool is entirely random and can spawn at any time near the Lushgrove POI. All you can do is increase the luck of your server and wait for the Event to Spawn.

When it does, you will receive a server-wide message saying, "An Animal Pool has Spawned Near Lushgrove." When this happens, you can go there and try to get the Kittyfish using the given requirements.
- Bait: Fish Head
- Weather: Clear
- Time: Anytime
- Season: Winter
This is a very easy fish to catch as it has a progress speed of +10%. So, I would suggest using any rod from the second sea, like Verdant Shear, Frog, or any of the beginner rods, to get the job done. Once you have the Kittyfish, you have to go to the first sea by speaking with the Sea Traveler NPC at Waveborne.

In the first sea, hop onto your boat and travel straight to (X: 1700, Y: 143, Z: -2400) to reach the Birch Cay POI. This is a small island with a large basement door at the center of the island.

Enter the door and go to the left side of the room to find an empty painting canvas. Equip the Kittyfish and interact with the canvas to place the item. That's it! You will immediately unlock the Lullaby Badge.
Is this the first step in Mila Quest?
Many people in the Fisch community, especially popular Fisch content creator - Carbonmeister, have suggested that this would be the first step in completing the Mila quest, which nobody knows what it is at the moment except that it has to do with the Mila cat who actually came from the moved from Roslit Bay to Birch Bay to attack a specific individual and then left the island.
