How to obtain Whitesnake in A Universal Time

Unlocking and getting Whitesnake in A Universal Time can be tedious, but it's well worth the effort for such a powerful unit. You'll need to obtain the Requiem Arrow item by defeating Diavolo. You must then use this on Standless with a 50% chance. This gives you a 50% chance to get Whitesnake, but you may also get Weather Report.
