Is Roblox Damonbux real or a scam?

Stay away from Robux generators.

Adding Robux to your virtual Roblox is one of the best feelings in the world. In a matter of seconds, you can suddenly afford that Valkyrie you've been eyeing, or the Gamepass that makes Adopt Me even better. But Robux cost real money, so do generators like Damonbux really work?

Everything You Need to Know about Damonbux

To sum it up, Damonbux.com is most likely a scam, just like most other websites that advertise as "Robux generators." Read below to understand the confusing terminology surrounding these scams.

What is Roblox Damonbux?

Roblox Damonbux.com calls itself a "Robux generator," aka a way to get free Robux. In exchange for the Robux, these websites ask for your Roblox username. They also require you to fill out lots of surveys.

Any website that asks you to fill out surveys should be taken with caution. We've seen no evidence that Robux generator websites work, nor have we seen evidence of Damonbux's validity. Even more suspicious is that we've only found the Damonbux.com link from YouTube videos. Searching Damonbux on Google did not pull up any sources, which makes us feel it is even more important to stay away from this website.

Like all Robux generators, Damonbux.com is in no way affiliated with the Roblox company. Roblox advises all users to stay away from Robux generators to protect their accounts and personal information.

Safety Reminders

All Roblox users should familiars themselves with the Roblox safety reminders below:

  1. The official Roblox company warns against sharing your personal information with strangers, especially with third-party websites that are not recognized by the company.
  2. We've received zero evidence that completing surveys actually rewards the user with free Robux.
  3. Most survey websites only benefit the website, and not the user doing the hard work. For every survey completed, the website earns money, and the user doesn't get anything in return.
  4. We're also unsure what the website is actually doing with every Roblox user's username. This could potentially cause your account to be hacked and lost permanently.

How do I earn Free Robux?

We only know of two legit methods of earning free Robux without compromising your information: the Microsoft Rewards Promotion, and Giveaways.

Microsoft Rewards Promotion

In Feb. 2020, the Roblox company partnered with Microsoft for a Microsoft Rewards Promotion. By signing up for Microsoft Rewards, users can earn Microsoft Rewards points by using the Bing search engine and completing additional Microsoft-related activities.

Giveaways

Popular Roblox content creators like DeeterPlays often host giveaways for free Roblox and/or free Avatar items. Even then, the user should be wary of who they provide their username. It should only ever be an established, reputable content creator or Roblox studio like Uplift Games, the studio behind Adopt Me. In most cases, we opt to never hand out our username to anyone we don't know.
