Legendary clans like Mikazuchi and Wongsawat are also great for boosting stats. If you want a primarily strength-based clan, you'll want to aim for Wongsawat, which offers large boosts in strength both with and without boxing.
This is not to say that the other clans available are poor choices. Instead, B and C-tier clans should be used for more niche circumstances or as placeholders until you can get an A or S-tier clan. D-tier clans should be more or less avoided entirely, as they don't offer much of a benefit at all.
