- The best Potions for beginners in Magic Loot are Fire Arrow + Water Orb. For later stages, you want to switch to a double stack of Radiant Sword, before finally grabbing Sheepy potion for mid to late game.

Clearing Dungeons in Magic Loot sounds easy, but when the enemies start getting stronger and you don't know what Potions to use to level up quickly, that's when our beginner's guide comes in. I'll explain the best Potions to use as beginner to mid level, how to teleport to later stages, and much more!
Best Potions for Beginners in Magic Loot
Your Wand Power is important in clearing Stages, but Spells are what's going to help clear them much faster, you need to have both Slots filled up ASAP. As you clear more Stages, you'll have to change your Spells to better ones. Here's the best Potion setup in Magic Loot for beginners across stages:
- Stages 1-4 - The best combination for these early stages are Fire Arrow + Water Orb Potion. In these levels healing yourself isn't too big of a priority, it's building up Damage. Both of these Potions deal Damage to multiple targets so they will clear these early stages easily. They are also both available at Rebirth 1.
- Stages 5-12 - This is when the enemies start becoming tougher, and dropping better Loot. Dragon Breath is a must for these levels as it deals a lot of damage in a fan-shaped area. As long as your enemies are all in front of you they will get hit. You can combine it with a couple of things. I prefer the Thunder-thunder Potion as it hits multiple targets and stuns them for a second, giving some space to back up and avoid Damage. The Wood Thorn Potion is also useful as it damages the enemies and gives you healing.
The second combination of Potions should carry you far up until the Lava Behemoth when they will begin to struggle. If you still want to stick with these, or don't have the ingredients or Rebirth level for better potions, then go with Wood Thorn instead of Thunder-thunder to give you a bit of a healing boost and a fighting chance.
How to Change Spells
Changing Spells in Magic Loot can be confusing. You have two free Slots to use but you want to change one to a different Spell, so how do you do it? The Unlock button just unlocks another Slot for Robux. Instead, you have do drink the Potion with the Spell you want. This will prompt a button above both of your current Spells that says "Replace Skill". Choose the one you don't want, and you'll change your spell!
Best Potions at Rebirth 10 in Magic Loot
When you reach Rebirth 10 in Magic Loot, you should easily be clearing Stages 12-17 and dealing trillions of damage. There are a couple of options for Spells which you can go for in these sections. If you're just starting out in these areas, I suggest stacking Radiant Sword. This is an extremely powerful spell and its not too difficult to craft its Potion twice.
For later stages and in general one of the best potions to have on is the Sheepy Potion. This Potion turns enemies into Sheep. They become completely harmless and you can just take them out with no worries. Keep note that the enemies turn into Sheep one by one, so it's a single target spell, not AoE. Even so, one enemy less at the start is instantly great, even better when they all turn into fluffy creatures.
How to Teleport to Later Stages?
You'll notice that you need a broom to even teleport at all in Magic Loot. Once you have the first one unlocked, you can teleport straight to Stage 4, but you can't teleport to any of the other sections. I thought at first more teleport stages will unlock as I clear them or when I gain more power, but that's not how it works. Instead, you have to buy the better Brooms to travel farther. There are two brooms which you can purchase for Robux, but you can skip them easily. The later Brooms will unlock the previous Teleport stages as well, so you don't need to waste any money on it.
How Do I Trade in Magic Loot?
Magic loot sadly does not have a trading plaza or even a trading mechanic. The way trading works in the game is you agree on a specific trade in chat or on the Magic Loot Discord server, and then you gift the items to the person. There is no guarantee that you will get the promised items so be careful of scams.
You can check the player who wants to trade with you on the Discord server. There is a vouching system where, after a completed trade, the players will vouch for each other. The more vouches a player has, the more credible they are for trading. Hopefully they do add an actual trading system into the game to make avoiding scams a lot easier.
How to Trade Gold
Since there is no trading system in Magic Loot, trading gold is pretty much impossible. However, there is still a way to exchange gold, and that is by giving an item to a player so that they can sell it. I recommend not doing gold exchange unless you know exactly how much your item is worth as well as how much the item of the other player is worth.
How to Cheese Enemies and Bosses in Magic Loot
Much like in Wizard Alchemy, the game this one is pretty much based one, Magic Loot allows you to cheese enemies and bosses. This entails climbing onto a rock so that you avoid getting hit while dealing easy damage to the enemies. Not all levels let you do this, but a lot of the higher level ones do.
You can't do this at Stage 13 with The Lava Behemoth since this Boss can target you with his attack even if you are in high places. A good strategy is just running backwards while shooting spells to avoid getting hit.
How to Quickly Farm Power in Magic Loot
Increasing Power is your goal in Magic Loot. Any spells you do increase your Power, but you will have to make sure you are strategically spending your coins and Rebirthing. The best strategy is to increase your Power and Level way above the current Rebirth requirement.
This way, if you are a high Power and Level, you can clear Stages that give you high value loot. Farm the materials for some of the best Potions, but everything else you should Sell so that you can upgrade your Wand and Armor quickly.
When it comes to Wands, you don't need to purchase every single one. Instead follow this progression, as that is what got me to Trillions of Power in just a couple of hours:
- Wingbird Wand
- Azure Wand
- Wings of Tree God
- Ice Crystal Wand
- Pink Diamond Wand
- Light Crystal Wand
- Candy Dream
- Mizuki
- Electric Gear
Any Wands that I didn't list here you should skip. The rest of the Magic Loot wands you can pick up based on your earnings in endgame.
While Wands are very important to Power, you can't forget to purchase Armor, as it gives you a Power Multiplier. You can skip Apprentice and grab the Lunar Armor first for 1.4x Multiplier. Purchase it after you get the Ice Crystal Wand. The priority is still the best wand, but the rest of the Armors should be purchased when you see that you can easily grind their cost.
Another small thing that players, and I sometimes, forget is to drink the Lucky Potion before clearing Stages. Lucky Potions increase your chances of getting Legendary, Mythic, and other rare Loot that costs a lot of Money.
To get rarer Loot, you should also pay attention to when Legendary, Mythic, and Secret Elites are spawning in the first stages. The board next to the Teleport tells you in exactly how much time they respawn, but you'll also get a server-wide notification as a reminder.
