The importance of stats in Paradox is as follows: Posture > Reiatsu > Health. So, the more of the high-priority stats a clan gives you, the better it is. When it comes to Soul Reaper clans in Paradox, the best ones are Aizen, Kurosaki, and Yamamoto, and the tier list above reflects that.

We could've also just ordered them by rarity, as there is a clear stats disparity between legendary and rare clans (common clans give no bonuses whatsoever), but there are some that are worth getting more than others. Most legendary Hollow clans in Paradox give less total stats compared to the legendary Soul Reaper clans, and the differences between them are much smaller, which is why we put them all at the top of the tier list. Above is the tier list of all Quincy clans in Paradox, now updated with confirmed stats from the official Trello. Using the same Posture > Reiatsu > Health priority, Nkk Le Vaar is the clear standout with the highest Reiatsu of any clan in the entire game (+30) plus Posture. Haschwalth is second best thanks to its high Posture bonus, and Ishida rounds out S tier with a solid balanced spread. One notable surprise: Nodt (a Rare clan) gives +15 Posture, making it better than two of the legendary clans and a strong A-tier pick if you can't land a legendary.

Roblox Paradox Clans FAQ
To reroll your clan in Paradox, click M to open the main menu, then select Summon at the top, switch to the Clan tab, and finally click Summon. You'll have the option to roll either 1 or 10 clans at a time. All clans you roll will be stored in your inventory and be called DNA items. Select the clan DNA you want to activate and then click Use Item at the bottom of your inventory to do it.
You can get Clan Rerolls in the Paradox Roblox experience by redeeming codes, completing Eternal Flame runs, doing Dungeons, winning Ranked matches, participating in world events (Raids, Time Portals, Bosses, etc.), and doing other hard content.
All the Clan Rerolls you earn will be stored in your current slot. To transfer your Clan Rerolls to another slot, talk to the Bank NPC at the elementary school within Karakura Town, store the Clan Rerolls, switch to another slot, and finally redeem the rerolls from the Bank.
The best Quincy clan in Paradox is Nkk Le Vaar, which grants +30 Reiatsu and +5 Posture - the highest Reiatsu bonus of any clan in the game. Haschwalth is a close second with +10 Posture, and Ishida is third with a balanced spread of Health, Reiatsu, and Posture. For Rare clans, Nodt is the best with +15 Posture, outperforming Yhwach and Valkyrie despite being lower rarity.
When choosing a clan in Paradox, prioritize stats in this order: Posture > Reiatsu > Health. Posture affects your guard and survivability in combat, Reiatsu powers your skills, and Health simply adds to your HP pool. This is why clans like Kurosaki (+20 Reiatsu, +5 Posture) and Nkk Le Vaar (+30 Reiatsu, +5 Posture) rank so highly despite having no Health bonus.
